The award winning Ukrainian film The Tribe will be screened at Deaffest on the evening of Friday 15th May. Directed by Myroslav Slaboshpytskiy, The Tribe is about a deaf boarding school in Ukraine and the film is acted entirely in Ukrainian sign language with no spoken dialogue and subtitles. Certificate: 18+
